Burns Jr. of Whitman, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Burns and Edwin Burns; his wife Kathleen A. Burns; and his brother Richard Burns. He is survived by: his children, Alan Burns of Meredith, NH, Cheryl A. Mooney of Pembroke and Karen Coveney of Halifax; and his siblings, John "Jack" Burns of Windsor Lock, CT and Deb Barrett (Burns). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
