He is survived by: his parent Rita Lewis (Purdy); his spouse Marjorie Lewis (Bonvie); his siblings, Dorothea Ravanis of Woburn and Edward Lewis of Sudbury; his children, Paul Lewis of Whitman and David Lewis (Joan) of Easton; his son-in-law Erin Erdahl of Long Beach; his grandchildren, Kristie Larison, Lauren Erdahl, Matthew, Erica and Sarah Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Karissa and Kara Erdahl.
