She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Kielbasa, David Milburn, Debora Sullivan, Janice Hanny and Anne Marie Kielbasa; her granddaughters, Mary Sullivan and SaraBeth Hanny; her siblings, Adeline Ziegler, Lillian Provencal, Henry Simonis and Francis Simonis; her sisters-in-law, Wanda Jarosz and Alfreda Simonis; and her parents, John Simonis and Mary Simonis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
