He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Orczyk; and his parents, Anna Orczyk (Krakowski) and Stanley R. Orczyk. He is survived by: his brothers, Stanley R. Orczyk (Lynn) of Florida and Paul G. Orczyk (Ellen) of Rutland, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew, as well as several grand nieces and a grand nephew.
