He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Moon (Piette); and his sisters, Kathryn Johnson and Ruth Spahl. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Lisa) of Whitinsville and Laurie Zukowski (Moon); his son-in-law William Zukowski of Spencer; his grandchildren, David Zukowski, Stefanie Natale, Alexa "Zoey" Zukowski, Kyle, Ethan and Jacob Moon; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Zukowski, Jillian Zukowski and Kaitlyn Natale. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
