He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward J., Lena M. Gouin (Furno), John D. and Fay A. Manning (Brown). He is survived by: his son Jonathan J. Gouin of Whitinsville; his parents, James E. Gouin of Webster and Jacqueline Gouin (Goggins) of Leicester; and his sisters, Jamie Skamarack of Worcester and Christine Ozolins of Dudley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.
