It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Arakelian of Whitinsville, Massachusetts, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, John Arakelian and Karen Cullen of Whitinsville; her sister Shirley Derderian of Cranston, RI; her grandchildren, Alex Cullen and Shawna Cullen; her great grandchildren, Hailie, Zoey and Anais; her husband Paul Arakelian; her siblings, Gary Atamian and Gloria Zaroogian; and her parents, Manoog Atamian and Nevart Atamian (Ervanian). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
