He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Mioduszewski (Witek); and his parents, Chester Miodusewski and Mary Miodusewski (Zajac). He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey D. Mioduszewski (Chelsea) of Clearwater, FL and Timothy of Malibu, CA; his grandchildren, Mason, Maverick and Maddox; and his sister Joan Malinowski of Charlton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many great friends.
