He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos Blathras and Konstantina Blathras (Fotopoulos); and his sister Eftixia Blathras of Vresthena. He is survived by: his wife Paula Blathras (Mantalos); his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Valerie Blathras of Pembroke, MA; his son John; his daughter-in-law Doreen Blathras of Burlington, MA; his grandchildren, Rebecca Blathras, Mark Blathras, Stephanie Shea (Ryan) of Whitman, MA, Steven Blathras, Nicole Blathras and Ashley Blathras; and his siblings, William (Nikki) of Chicago, IL, George (late Christine) of Sparta Greece, John (late Aphrodite) of Braintree, MA, Leonidas (late Parthena), Weymouth and Christine (Anastasios) of Clifton, NJ.. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of New England (514 Parker St, Boston, MA 02120).
