He was predeceased by: his father Robert Donald O'Keefe. He is survived by: his mother Elaine O'Keefe (Garmory); his nephews, Jamison, Carter and Landon Lepenven; and his siblings, James O'Keefe (Janet Lam) of Milton and Kathi (Doug Willoughby) of Hanover. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home - South (809 Main St, Weymouth, MA 02190). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hull Village Cemetery.
