We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2024, Rita A. (Friedrich) Hartjes of Weymouth, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hartjes; her parents, Joseph Friedrich and Anna Friedrich; and her sister Beatrice Parsley. She is survived by: her children, Deborah L. (Joseph J. Previte) of Hingham, David C. Hartjes (Shannon K. Sullivan) of Stoneham, Cara Rose (Paul Wilkes) of Dedham and Daniel R. Hartjes of North Reading; her grandchildren, Lauren, Joseph, Christian (Kayla), Aaron, Tal, Ari, Nate, Max and Eli; and her great grandchildren, Jack and Owen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
