He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Callaghan and Florence Callaghan (D'Orazio); his wife Mary Callaghan (Deneen); and his brother Robert E. Callaghan. He is survived by: his children, Carol Callaghan of Northborough, R. Patrick Callaghan (Robin) of Worcester and Robert Callaghan (Vicki Taylor) of Marlborough; his grandchildren, Joe, Robbie and Sarah; and his brother William Callaghan (Rose) of Northborough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
