He was predeceased by: his father Ray Fallon; his daughter Elizabeth Racicot; and his brother Paul Fallon. He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Fallon of Milton; his daughter Maggie Racicot (Nick Laverghetta) of Morristown, NJ; his siblings, Peter Racicot (Linda) of Sandwich, Ray Fallon of Chestnut Hill, Maureen Yates of Whitman, Kathleen Mackie of Flagstaff, AZ and Timothy Fallon of Rockport; and also Jean Donovan Racicot of Hingham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
