He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rand and Muriel Rand (Gladwin); and his wife Anne B. Rand (Mitchell). He is survived by: his sons, Scott A. Rand of Plymouth and Paul R. Rand (Maria R. Rand) of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Vovo, Frankie, Isabella Rand and Duncan Rand; his brother Richard G. Rand; and also Edilaine C. Rand. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
