It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine F. Player (Weymouth, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 2, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine F. Player to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband George H. Player; her mother Yolanda E.; and her sister Francine Palumbo. She is survived by: her sons, George M. Player (Marilyn R.) of Weymouth and Kevin M. Player (Christine M.) of Hanover; her grandchildren, George A. Player (Colleen) of Milton and Caitlin McCabe (Alex) of Braintree; her great grandchild Vienna McCabe; and her brother John "Billy" Galvin of Hull.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home - South (809 Main St, Weymouth, MA 02190). A Mass was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Church (1203 Commercial St, Weymouth, MA 02189). A burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the High Street Cemetery (19 High St, Hingham, MA 02043).
