She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl W. Diehl and Helen M. Diehl; her husband Paul Brest Wilson of Sharon; her siblings, Philip Diehl, Carl W. Diehl, Jr., Sarah Miller and Dorothy Cullis; and her son-in-law Richard P. Caruso.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Lynn Caruso of Westwood, Geoffrey Alan Wilson of Bernardston and Eve Blakeslee of Charlemont, Massachusetts; her granddaughters, Katharine Ruth Wilson (Andrew Wertz) of Seymour and Anne Gardner Wilson of Amherst, Massachusetts; her great grandchildren, Samuel David Wertz of Seymour, Connecticut and Jacob Wilson Wertz of Seymour, Connecticut; and her sister Martha Goethe of Olmstead Falls, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
