He was predeceased by: his son John T. Sullivan; and his parents, Robert Sullivan and Marion Sullivan (Callahan). He is survived by: his wife Frances C. Sullivan (Curran); his daughter Mary Chernak (Karl); his grandchildren, Joseph Chernak, Kelly Sullivan, Noelle, Jeannette Gerry, Rachael Gerry, Stephen Gerry, Samantha Sullivan, Robert Sullivan, Erika Sullivan, Richard Martin Jr. and Ryan Martin; and his great grandchild Dawson John Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
