He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Mary Mahoney; and his parents, Chung Tim Lim and King Mee Lim (Yong). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Cahill-Lim; his children, Allison Lim and Hayley Lim; his siblings, Heidi Low, Minta Lim and David Lim; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Cahill, Martin Cahill, John Cahill and James Cahill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
