She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her children, Kelly M. Tavalone (Dave) of Westwood, Ralph N. Vacca (Fiona) of West Harwich, Patricia C. Coyne (Stephen) of Westwood, Kathleen J. Forte (Rich) of Dover and Julie N. Farmer (Rob) of Medfield; and her sister Catherine Nevin of Framingham. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home (2000 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (169 Cummins Hwy, Roslindale, MA 02131).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul.
