Jean Umscheid Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Umscheid of Westwood, Massachusetts, born in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George; her daughters, Susan Wegmueller (late Juerg) of Falls Church, VA, Nancy Robitaille (Bill) of Natick, MA and Carol Patrick (Shawn) of Walpole, MA; her grandsons, Jakob, Robert Wegmueller and Brian Patrick; and her parents, Margaret Maier and William Maier.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Jean to The Joslin Diabetes Center for Type I Research.
