Jacqueline left this world on November 3, 2024 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alfred Hope and Kathryn Hart Hope; and her siblings, Mary Hope Shields and James A. Hope. She is survived by: her husband Dr. James J. O'Leary Jr.; and her children, James III, John A. of Westwood Mass, Dr Michael P. of Marion Mass, William F. of Hillsboro, CA., Richard H. of Greenwich, CT. and Kathryn A. Shilale of Medfield, Mass.. She is also survived by daughters-in-law, her son-in-law, 10 grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Timothy Church (650 Nichols St, Norwood, MA 02062).
