He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rockwell of Luke's Episcopal Church; his daughters, Melissa and Melanie; his sons-in-law, Wayne and Raymond; and his grandchildren, Charles and Sarah.
In 2017, Jack and Pam moved to Florida, only to return to Massachusetts in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic, settling in Fox Hill Village in April 2022.
