He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Young and Dorothy C. Young (Rowan); and his sibling Thomas F. Young. He is survived by: his wife Lieselotte Young (Petroll); his children, Christopher G. Young (Sandra) of Stoughton and Michelle L. Young of Mashpee; his sister Katharine A. Young of Westwood; and his granddaughter Kelly-Anne Wanders.
