She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ball and Mary Ball; and her siblings, Michael and Noeleen. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Noeleen (Carl Erickson) of Newton; her grandsons, William and Ethan; her daughter Deirdre (David Belcher) of Westwood; her grandchildren, Abaigael, Colin and Owen; her daughter Leanne (Vincent Aguirre) of Andover; her grandchildren, Vincent, Alexandra and Julianne; and her brother Seamus (Patricia) of Derry City.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Ethna may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
