She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambros Koutoulas and Georgia Koutoulas (Koulogianes); her aunt Margot Skalecki; and her stepgrandson Nelson E. Ocasio. She is survived by: her daughter Alexandra Ocasio of Dedham; her brother Charles "Chuck" Koutoulas of Westwood; her cousins, Joseph Skalecki of Maine, Margaux Skalecki of Brookline, Stella Burke of Marion and Paula Antipas of Belmont; her stepgrandchild Dalyanna Ocasio; and her great grandchildren, Annayla Pena Ocasio and Maliana Cruz Ocasio.
Prior to her death, Estelle expressed: "The funeral will be a celebration of my long life, therefore please wear colorful clothing (not black) and please no flowers.".
