Dennett W. Goodrich Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennett W. Goodrich of Westwood, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Goodrich of Chestnut Hill, MA and Priscilla Ramsey; and his stepfather Lyle B. Ramsey of Greenwich, CT.. He is survived by: his friend Judi Rodrigues; his brothers, John A. Goodrich (Buttons van Roijen) of New York City and Rick L. Ramsey (Ann) of Richmond, VA; his children, Denny Goodrich of Norton, MA, Ramsey Goodrich (Suzanne) of Fairfield, CT, Rob Goodrich (Emily) of Hingham, MA and Cameron Goodrich of Boston, MA.; and his grandchildren, Riley, Halley, Carter and Lucy.
In light of the COVID pandemic, there will not be a public memorial service, but rather a private ceremony for the immediate family.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dennett Goodrich Endowed Scholarship at the Ouimet Scholarship Fund, 300 Arnold Palmer Blvd., Norton, MA 02766 or Ouimet Scholarship.
