He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Murphy (O'Sullivan); his children, Timothy J. of North Falmouth, Denis F. of Burlingame, CA, Brenda M. Keane of Westwood, Donald P. of Windham, NH, Siobhan P. Warner of Holliston and Kenneth Kohlberg of Arlington; and his siblings, Maura Murphy, Nellie O'Reilly of County Cork and Patrick Joseph Murphy (PJ) of Dorchester. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home (456 High St, Dedham, MA 02026). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (845 High St, Westwood, MA 02090).
