It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph P. Capeto Sr. of Westport, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Emily M. Capeto (Ponte); his parents, Manuel Capeto and Maria Capeto (Ramos); and his daughter Deborah Capeto. He is survived by: his friend Dartmouth Mall; his son Joseph P. Capteo Jr. (Lynn) of Westport; his grandchildren, Heather Areias and Mathieu Capeto; and his siblings, Sam Capeto, Tillie Silva, Louise Ramos and Mary Machado. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
