It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B. Souza of Westport, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel B. Souza and Maria Souza (Almeida Mathias). He is survived by: his wife Besides; his children, John J. Souza (Carol) and Cynthia Sampson (Ken); his grandchildren, Tracie Joseph (David), Josh Souza, Kerri Grundy (Justin Grundy) and Amanda Young (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Kyra Joseph, Maddox Joseph, Hailey Felix, Mathew Grundy, Savannah Young, Jacob Young and Jude Souza; and his siblings, Gloria Santos (late John) and Daniel B. Souza (Pauline). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
