He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Anne Dwyer (Jack Dwyer). He is survived by: his son Matthew John O'Connor; and his siblings, Eileen McMorran (David) of Needham, William Edward O'Connor Jr. of Westport, James Francis O'Connor (Anne Morgan), Frances O'Connor (Nick Goffredo) and Thomas Justin O'Connor (Elizabeth McCabe). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
