He was predeceased by: his parent James J. Owen; and his sibling James Owen. He is survived by: his spouse Virginia M. Owen (Hadley); his parent Noreen Owen (Chippendale); his sons, Thomas M. Owen (Michelle) of Fall River and Timothy J. Owen (Jennifer) of Bridgewater; his siblings, Francis Owen of Little Compton and Mary Manning; and his grandsons, Samuel and Benjamin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
