Foster (Westport, Massachusetts), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on September 16, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Mildred James Howland and Stuart Parkin Foster; his wife Carol Foster; his children, Lisa Cipriani (Larry), Susan Driscoll (Tom), Jeff Hiatt (Lisa), Chris Hiatt (Jennifer) and Adam Foster (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Anthony, Chloe, Joey, Manny Cipriani, Tommy, Danny Driscoll, Elise Hiatt, Abby Mingus, Zach, Hannah Hiatt and Lily Foster; and his great grandchild Chase Cipriani.
