Mello (Silvia); his children, Karen Carpenter (Robert) of Westport and David Mello of Westport; his grandchildren, Xander Gregory Carpenter and Alyssa Simone Carpenter; his sister Claudia Frazer; and his mother-in-law Adele Simone Silvia. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
