With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire T. Machado of Westport, Massachusetts, born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 21, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Mauricio Machado; her parents, Emile Machado and Irene Machado (Marcott); and her sister Elaine Silvia. She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Cambra (Mark) of Dartmouth, Cheryl Crofton (Frank) of Dartmouth and Lisa Ellis (Jamey) of Westport; and her siblings, Emile Machado, Jr. of Florida, Irene Bernat of Fall River and Nancy Mello of Swansea. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
