He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel L. Raposo and Mariana Raposo (Viveiros-Manica); and his sister Gilda Sousa. He is survived by: his wife Maria C. Raposo; his children, Donaria Carvalho (Jose) of Brooksville, Florida, Fernando Raposo of Brooksville, Florida, Guida Raposo of Westport, Lisa Raposo of Westport and Antonio Raposo of Westport; and his siblings, Manuel Raposo of Fall River, Jose Raposo, Maria Helena Simoes, Basilo Raposo and Gilda Marie Raposo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
