He is survived by: his wife Christine Bishop; his children, David Lloyd (Sarah Alexandra Turshen) of Los Angeles, CA, Joanna Clare (Thomas Doyle) of Pittsfield, MA and Elizabeth Ventress (Karl Håkansson) of Stockholm; his grandsons, Levi Colin Doyle and Eamon Paul Doyle; his nieces and nephews, Katie Arkema, Lauren Arkema and Andrew Arkema; his siblings, Daniel Arkema (Jane) of Duxbury and Beatrice Cotsones (Michael) of Tucson, AZ; his siblings-in-law, David Bishop (Patty Gorman) of Northampton, Andrew Bishop (Stephanie Bashirian) of Lancaster, PA, Ellen Bishop of Allentown, PA and Katherine Kemp of Houston, TX; his stepgrandchildren, Peyton Doyle and Chloe Doyle; and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Arkema, Kirsten Kibler, Elise Kibler, Anastasia Cotsones, Christopher Cotsones, Erica Young, Suzanne Young, David Bishop and Rider Bishop.
