It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Forkey (Westminster, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 1, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Forkey and Eleanor Forkey (Legros); and his brothers, Raymond Forkey and Eugene Forkey. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Forkey (Webb); his children, Joseph Forkey (Heather) of Princeton, MA, AnnMarie Koivu (Richard) of Townsend, Curtis Womble of Lunenburg, Renee Womble (John Hargraves) of Westminster and David Womble (Sarah Peaslee) of Westminster; and his sister-in-law Aleksandra Forkey of South Hadley, MA. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
