He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Zelaya Amador and Elbal Rovelo Zelaya. He is survived by: his wife Tomasa "Tammy" Zelaya (Reyes); and his brothers, Antonio Zelaya, Douglas Zelaya and Anibal Zelaya.
