He is survived by: his parent Maria Chetkowski (Pawlowska); his wife Elizabeth "Eileen" of Westminster; his children, Teresa Bordeau (Paul) of Apopka, FL and John Chetkowski (Teresa) of Westminster, MA; his sister Krystina Rusinek (Edmund) of Rossmoor, CA.; his grandchildren, Lauren Clairmont of Florida, Marek Chetkowski of Worcester, MA and Hannah Chetkowski (Jason Sibley-Liddle) of Petaluma, CA; his stepgranddaughters, Staci Gannon of Leominster, MA and Alicia Bizzotto of Westminster; and his great grandchild Kaylyn Clairmont.
