We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Marion Matilainen (Westminster, Massachusetts), born in Gardner, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Wincenty Skamarycz; and her husband Waino Matilainen. She is survived by: her parent Josephine Skamarycz (Plona); her children, Martha Gauvin of Westminster, Anne Halliday of Rindge, NH, Jane Schulz of Westminster, Michael Matilainen of Belchertown and John Matilainen of Ashburnham; and her siblings, Dorothy Gerrard of Tewksbury, MA, Suzanne Nobrega of Duxbury, MA, Ann Micara, Augustus Skamarycz of Tyngsboro and Stanley Skamarycz of Westminster. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Ashburnham-Westminster Regional School District - (Please reference SEPAC), 11 Oakmont Drive, Ashburnham, MA 01430.
