It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline (Ptak) Gemme of Westminster, Massachusetts, born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 30, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her significant other Raymond J. Gemme Jr.; her parents, Joseph Ptak and Winifred (Dwyer); and her siblings, Geraldine Cheries, Joseph Ptak Jr. and Eugene Ptak.
She is survived by : her children, April Turner (Ross) of Leominster, MA, Holly Lira (Antonio) of Staten Island, NY, Raymond J. Gemme III (Stephen Gemme) of Quincy, MA and Chaplain of Saint Vincent Hospital; her grandchildren, Kristy Turner of Leominster, MA, Lindsey Gesualdi (Michael) of Leominster, MA, Morgan Sansbury of Buffalo, NY, Taylor Sansbury (Priyanka) of Staten Island, NY, Brett Sansbury of Wilmington, DE, Raymond Joseph Gemme IV of Leominster, MA and Melissa Gemme of Leominster, MA; her great grandchildren, Eva Gesualdi of Leominster, MA and Amber Gesualdi of Leominster, MA; and her sisters, Norma Seretto and Sandra Henault (David). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Face coverings and social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines will be in effect for all of the funeral services.
