He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joseph Kukta, Stanley Kukta, Francis "Snoozie" Kukta and Charles Kukta; and his parents, Joseph Kukta and Magdalene R. Kukta (Leahy).
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Kukta (Christian); his daughters, Amy Kukta-Gleason (Keith Gleason) of Leominster and Karen Kukta (Kurt Hanss) of Ayer; his grandchildren, Grace "Gracie" Hanss and Broderick "Brody" Hanss; his sister Barbara Guy of Winchendon; his friend Bowling Alley; and also Joseph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
