He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Arnold and Althea Arnold (Wallis); and his wife Sally Arnold (Makinen). He is survived by: his children, Jane Anderson-Eacueo (Ed) of Rutland, Mark of Westminster and David Arnold of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Arnold, Julia Anderson and Robert Anderson.
At the request of Carroll's family and due to considerations of Covid19 restrictions, funeral services will be private.
