He was predeceased by: his son Keith Smith; and his siblings, Scott Smith and Sherrill Smith. He is survived by: his son Brett Smith (Angela) of Gardner; his grandchildren, Debbie, Keith and Rebecca; his sister Paula D'Entremont (Francis) of Gardner; his stepchildren, Michael Caruille (Jill) of Florida, Robert Mills (Pamela) of Charleton and Suzanne Houlberg (Jim) of Connecticut; and his stepgrandchildren, Evan, Alison, Adalyn, Charlie, Lillian and James. He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
