She is survived by: her husband Michael Wolfberg; her children, Carter, Joshua, Bonnie, Gregory, Andrew, Emily, Ryan, Guy Jr. (Erica), Mason, Ryder and Jeffrey Ford; and her stepchildren, Nancy and David (Sarah). She is also survived by her husband, she leaves behind six siblings.
