Karen C. (Ferreira) Amis Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen C. (Ferreira) Amis of Westford, Massachusetts, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 24, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Margot and Leo; her husband Gregory Amis; her parents, Christine Ferreira and Anthony Ferreira; her brother Stephen; her sister-in-law Errin Ferreira; her niece Amelia; her sister Kristen Ferreira; her grandmother Ruth Connors; her parents-in-law, Christine Amis (Marie) and Jim Amis (Kathy); and her pet Pickles. She is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.

She was a woman of serial passions, from taekwondo to musical theater and dance, gardening and cooking, connecting with others at her cherished Unitarian Universalist church, and of course, raising her brood of pandemic chickens.
