She was predeceased by: her parents, Carleton Higley and Carrie Higley; and her husband Jared Murphy (Tweety Bird). She is survived by: her daughter Laura Fowler; her son-in-law Ron Fowler of Westford, Massachusetts; and her grandchildren, Christopher (Nicole) of Virginia and Megan (Rachelle) of Massachusetts. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Zaback-Williams-Ducro Funeral Home (500 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Greenlawn Memory Gardens (3140 E Center St, Conneaut, OH 44068). A committal service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
