He is survived by: his parents, Michael R. Smart (Candi Daniel) of Alabama and Karen T. Smart (Cummings); his girlfriend Heather; his pets, Hunter and Frank; his brothers, Michael Ross Smart, Jr. and Joshua John Smart; his grandmothers, Kathleen M. Cummings of Stow, MA and Margaret Smart-Sanders of Madison, AL; and also David L. Hand of Palmyra, NY. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
