She is survived by: her husband Jerry Myers of Monticello, IN; her children, Rick Goulart (Shannon) of Nashua, NH, Tanya Harper (Toby Garth) of Delphi, IN and Kenneth Myers (Lacey Hendo) of West Lafayette, IN; and her sisters, Debbie Douty (Robert) of Wells and Brenda Fontes (Raymond) of Monticello, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, 8 loving grandchildren and a great-grandson.
