He is survived by: his children, Kari Walters Ouellette (Jeremy Ouellette) of Lowell, MA and Robert Walters (Teresa Wolf) of Harvard, MA.; his sister Pamela Quinlan of Louisville, Colorado.; his niece Sarah Quinlan; his cousin Betsy Timmerman of Peoria, AZ; and also Erin (Gabriel) of Napa Valley, CA..
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Laurin Funeral Home (295 Pawtucket St, Lowell, MA 01854).
